Leadership built for the future of healthcare operations.
PRINCS Health is led by healthcare operations expertise — focused on providers, revenue cycle integrity, insurance workflows, workforce readiness, and responsible AI adoption. People who understand how care actually gets delivered, billed, and documented in the real world.
Operations expertise, not just opinions.
PRINCS Health combines healthcare operations, revenue cycle knowledge, clinical readiness, software thinking, and responsible AI enablement under one roof.
That combination is rare on purpose. Our leadership has lived the gap between front-line clinical work and back-end administrative performance — and built PRINCS Health to close it.

Dawanda Shelton, MBA, MHS
Dawanda Shelton, MBA, MHS is the Founder and Chief Healthcare Operations Strategist of PRINCS Health — a healthcare operations and AI enablement company built around the pillars of Provider, Revenue, Insurance, Neural Intelligence, Clinics, and Solutions.
Ms. Shelton brings a practical and deeply operational perspective to the healthcare industry. Her work sits at the intersection of provider readiness, clinical workflow support, revenue cycle integrity, insurance process improvement, workforce development, and responsible AI adoption. She understands that modern healthcare organizations are challenged not only by patient care demands, but also by documentation requirements, payer complexity, administrative burden, staffing readiness, technology adoption, and revenue pressure.
At PRINCS Health, Ms. Shelton leads the company’s mission to help providers, clinics, and healthcare organizations modernize the operational side of care. Her approach is grounded in one core belief: healthcare transformation must support the people delivering care, not overwhelm them.
Through PRINCS Health, she focuses on helping healthcare teams improve documentation workflows, strengthen revenue cycle processes, prepare staff for AI-enabled systems, reduce operational friction, and build more connected healthcare operations. Her leadership brings together healthcare experience, business strategy, workforce readiness, and technology-forward thinking to support providers and clinics in a rapidly changing environment.
Ms. Shelton’s work is especially focused on bridging the gap between front-line clinical operations and back-end administrative performance. She believes that stronger alignment between providers, revenue teams, insurance workflows, and intelligent software systems can improve organizational performance while reducing unnecessary burden on healthcare professionals.
As the leading voice behind PRINCS Health, Ms. Shelton is committed to building a healthcare operations model that is practical, compliant, human-centered, and ready for the AI era.

Mudassir Malik
Mudassir Malik is Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of PRINCS Health, where he leads the technology, AI, and automation behind the company’s healthcare operations model.
Mr. Malik brings an engineering and product perspective to a problem most healthcare organizations experience as daily friction: disconnected systems, manual workflows, and data that never quite lines up. He leads the design of the PRINCS Health software, automation, and intelligence layer — including PRINCSIQ — translating the realities of provider operations, revenue cycle, and insurance workflows into systems that are practical to adopt and safe to run.
His approach to AI in healthcare is deliberate. He builds for explainability, security, and compliance first, keeping clinical and revenue teams firmly in control of the decisions that matter. For Mr. Malik, the test of good technology in healthcare is simple: does it reduce burden for the people delivering care, and does it hold up under real operational pressure?
Alongside Founder Dawanda Shelton, Mr. Malik is focused on connecting front-line clinical operations with back-end administrative performance — turning fragmented tools into one coherent operating system for modern healthcare organizations.

Leadership mapped to the PRINCS model.
The way PRINCS Health is led mirrors the way it’s built — across all six pillars.
Provider
She designs operations around the people delivering care — reducing friction for providers, not adding to it.
Revenue
Her focus on revenue cycle integrity protects the financial backbone that keeps clinics running.
Insurance
She brings structure to eligibility, authorization, and payer workflows that slow teams down.
Neural Intelligence
She champions responsible, human-in-the-loop AI adoption that supports staff rather than replacing them.
Clinics
Her work treats clinics as real operating environments, with practical, role-by-role readiness.
Solutions
Every engagement ends in something implementable and measurable — not theory.
